TMP Interiors successfully completed the full strip out of three existing shopfront retail units back to structural shell totaling 2000m2 within only a 2 week period at the front of the client’s programme. Soon after the strip out works were complete we started the internal construction of fire-rated partitions around core areas, external wall linings, internal office partitions, fire and acoustic barriers, lay in suspended ceilings, metal frame suspended ceilings, glazed partitions and installation of all joinery items.

All contracted works completed within timeframe allowing following trades to carry on as required to achieve the practical completion date set. The multitude of additional works incorporated throughout the 16 weeks and beyond under instruction as required, with allowances being made to work in and around the client post hand over date.
